What is a Hangover?
The negative effects following the consumption of alcohol is what we call a hangover. These effects can be both physiological and psychological and last anywhere from a few hours to a few days. Some of the typical symptoms that are associated with a hangover are a headache, stomachache, fatigue, drowsiness, nausea, anxiety, depression, dry mouth, and much much more….
The exact reason for a hangover is still somewhat of a mystery, but it’s known that acetaldehyde building up in the body causes changes in the immune and other systems which can lead to these unpleasant feelings. In general hangovers occur the morning after drinking, however if you start drinking early in the day it’s possible to feel them before you even go to sleep.
There is no 100% full proof hangover cure as everyone experiences a hangover differently, but the hangover cure drinks listed above have been known to help greatly.
